The Gomel State Medical University’s medical faculties have outstanding teaching methods, and the degree has been recognized all over the world by organizations like SLMC, ECFMG, MCI, European Medical Council, AMC, GMC, WHO, and UNESCO. Gomel State Medical University offers education in the specialty “medical-diagnostic business” through its Medical and Diagnostic Department. Training lasts for five years. Graduating students receive the title “doctor.” The “medical-diagnostic case” specialization, along with other university departments, are all combined under the umbrella of the medical and diagnostic departments. The faculty council is a representative collegial body of management. The dean is assisted by the faculty council and leaders of the faculty. Using conventional teaching techniques and contemporary technologies, the educational process is carried out in 35 departments of the university by highly experienced university specialists.
